Can I switch from one plan to another?
Yes, go to the Billing section and select the plan you want. You will automatically have the features of that plan activated.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes, we have both billing options available. Yearly has a 17% discount.
Can I use Rambox without a subscription?
Yes, Basic is free and you can purchase a lifetime license for the Pro version with a single payment.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Of course, go to the Billing section in the app and click “Cancel subscription”, or go to https://billing.rambox.app.
Can I remove my account?
Yes, go to your Profile in the app and click “Remove account”. All your data will be removed from our servers.
How long does the free trial for the Pro version last?
The trial period lasts 30 days. To continue using the Pro version, you need to buy a subscription or a lifetime license.
Can I use Rambox on multiple computers?
Yes! You can use it on all your computers. Note that you can only have 1 active session in the Basic plan and 3 in Pro and Enterprise.
Are taxes included in my invoice?
We do not charge you taxes as per state laws; which is why they are not discriminated on your invoice.
